The Shape Your Future 5k in Atoka, Ok, is happening June 22, 2013 and I am excited to announce that I will be a part of this event! I will be set up giving free post race chair massages to all the participates. You can learn about the importance and benefits of massage therapy after a race/run such as the upcoming 5k and you can get more information on the 5k event, and register online here.
