We often neglect our feet. We stand/walk on hard floors and stuff our feet in shoes for most of the day. They hurt and ache and need some feel good footwork. Each of our feet are made up of a whooping 28 bones, 30 joints and over 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments. No wonder it’s so important to take care of them and get professional footwork.
